Rebuilding Lleida 2008-2009

“Rebuilding Lleida”, This project was born from the statement of the daily movements done by citizens in the municipalities of this region to reach their jobs in the capital city. To show that, the video is summarized in a travel which starts in the fairest point, the Monstsec Mountains and follows the river to the city center of Lleida. A montage which shows the quotidian journeys of citizens at the same time that the evolution from this rural space to an urban environment. It is showed combining space and temporal changes. In this it is possible to see how buildings invade natural and farming places, showing how the new lifestyles force the migration to cities and have modified the landscape.
